RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Standard Return Policy
Except as stated below, eligible products may be returned within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of delivery, provided that they are:
•    Unused, unworn, unwashed;
•    In original condition; and
•    With all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law:
•    Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance;
•    Protective equipment showing signs of use;
•    Any item returned in damaged, worn, or altered condition.

Footwear Returns
Footwear may be tried on indoors only. Shoes or boots showing signs of wear, scuffing, or outdoor use are not eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify Payper within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Upon verification, Payper will, at its discretion, replace the product or issue you a refund.

Return Process and Costs
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.
